A seriously unserious gravel hoedown in California's "other" wine country.
America's 4th-Hardest Cow Themed Gravel Ride is back. Join the thundering herd to traverse the remarkable mixed-surface roads of the stunning Paso Robles wine region.
This is mostly a mosey ride with a few official timed segments worth stampeding.
Awards for overall winners on all three routes, and age-category awards for The Big Bovine course. Special award for our celebrated Lanterne Moouge finisher.
Experience the ride that Gravel Diva calls "The Gucci of gravel events" and that Levi Leipheimer describes as "Totally sick!!!" Viva Bovine!
This year's Bovine Classic has three gorgeous routes for gravel riders of every level. Aid stations and on-course support throughout.
TBC is truly a mixed-surface ride. We recommend a gravel bike with 38c tires that can transition between dusy washboard dirt and buttery smooth tarmac. It's early and our route details are in progress, You can still expect The Big Bovine (long), The Happy Bovine (medium), and The Baby Bovine (short) courses. There'll be dirt, climbing, and big smiles for all.
Some details and times are subject to change. Check back here and your email for official Herd updates.

We call this calf feisty, because her climbing always packs a surprising kick. We’ll let ya know when the course is official.
The Baby Bovine may be our shortest course, but she’s is a proper smile maker. You’ll have one long climb followed by a ride through the oaks, and beautiful east Paso rollers. More course details are on the way.
